Too Lazy To Work? – Earn £24000 a year with Proactol

Weight loss pill company Proactol are recruiting for the position of professional couch potato

They are willing to part with almost £24,000 for a bone idle candidate that loves food to show that their product really works. All they have to do is consume 16% more calories a day, roughly 400 calories and start taking Proactol.

Men and women can both apply and the successful applicant will be monitored closely monitored by medics.

A spokesman said,

“We are willing to pay you £23,750 a year to continue doing EXACTLY what you do every single day, and all we ask in return is that you eat 16 per cent more calories a week – or 400 more calories a day – whilst introducing Proactol into your diet.

“The ideal candidate should not already be on a diet but eat a healthy balance of carbohydrates, fats and proteins and be prepared to increase their existing calorie intake by 16 per cent a week by eating fatty foods such as Chinese takeaways, fish and chips, pizza or McDonalds.

“Essentially we want you to be yourself. No strings, no catches.

“We are looking to hire the ultimate average Joe who isn’t afraid to eat more, be themselves and become a professional couch potato for a living.

“Your basic salary will be £23,750 a year and every day will feel like a holiday in this job as you will get paid to be you.”

After an initial in-house monitoring period the ‘couch potato’ will be given the opportunity to work from home – with supplies being delivered to them at home.

“It’s the ultimate work from home job,” said the spokesman.

It may seem like the ultimate work from home job but will the side effects of eating this much junk really be worth it?

Weight-loss is about ingesting fewer calories each day than what you burn up. This sounds easy enough doesn't it? So where does water come into play?

Water has zero calories so you can literally drink as much water as you like without putting on weight. But, you ought to understand you can actually drink more water than is good for you. If you should happen to have a water retention problem; it's best to consult with your Physician before going overboard with your water drinking.

But in contrast to any other beverage, you will not need to think twice before drinking water. In truth it should become a regular part of your day as drinking plenty of water helps in overall health and well being too.

Water flushes out the body and is simply the most effective liquid you can drink. If you are attempting to reduce weight, then ultimately it's best to totally eliminate any sugar based drinks out of your diet. A great example of these types of drinks are carbonated soft drinks.

These drinks contain nothing of substance and are filled with artificial ingredients, as well as sugar and calories. If you drink two cans of soda per day, perhaps just those extra calories are causing your weight gain. So, substituting these with water can help to eliminate the reason for your weight gain. How straightforward is that!

Some people don’t like the flavour of water. Water lovers can’t understand this, but it’s a fact. In all probability, people who say they don't like water probably have only tried plain unfiltered tap water. Tap water also tastes different dependant upon where you live and even on a home by home basis. If you‘re a person who dislikes the flavor of water based on what comes out of the tap, then try buying spring water.

The taste of spring water even differs by variety, so keep trying all of them until you discover one you like. Spring water, in some cases, is more pure than tap water and doesn't have any harmful bacteria. Some of the highest quality spring water tastes absolutely delicious, so make sure you find one to your liking.

Back to Water Weight Loss; keep in mind that water is never a substitute for food, nevertheless it should simply complement your healthy diet. Rather than a soda or sugar fruit juice at dinner, have a glass or 2  of water. It is also recommended to begin the day off with a refreshing glass of water as it gets your brain active.

Drinking water throughout the day also enhances brain function and keeps you alert. You may start noticing that if you do not drink water, for most of the day, you'll have problems with headaches and tiredness.

Water is really a wondrous natural substance that all humans require. Water helping you to lose weight is possibly the best help you will get, if you are shedding all those additional pounds.

10 Things to Avoid Whilst Trying to Lose Weight.

Things To Avoid Whilst Trying To Lose Weight

Whether you have tried dieting before or are thinking of starting a new diet, you will know that they are not always easy. As a matter of fact, they can prove a hard challenge for a lot people. So here’s a brief guide to avoiding things that can make you lose focus and start eating. Avoid them like plague if you wish to succeed.

1. Do Not Hurry into the Strictest Diet you can Find

These are basic errors. A lot of people choose in a moment of desperation to adopt a super-strict diet and fail. Do not rush into a diet that could be overly demanding for you. If you don’t have any dieting experience and are not certain you are able to stick to the diet, then pick something else.

2. Do Not Lose Touch with Reality

You can not truthfully expect things to happen over night. When deciding on your goal, start off small, but be ready to go far. Whenever you hear somebody telling you that they have lost a huge amount of weight in a short time, do not make it your aim to match thier results. Diet performance differs from one person to another.

3. Do Not Visit the Gym Too Much

Another common mistake is to use the enthusiasm of the first days to hit the gym every day. This won’t help you at all. Your body requires time to mend and build up the muscle mass after every training session and going to the gym day-after-day interferes with this biological process. In any case, a week of round-the-clock training could never counterbalance ten or twenty years of sedentary lifestyle.

4. Do Not get Tough on Calories

We all recognise that cutting back on calories is one of the building blocks of every diet, but you've got to be cautious about it. Cuttting down on too many calories will mean your body will begin storing anything it possibly can. This is not a healthy way to lose weight.

5. Do Not Skip Meals

A lot of people believe that skipping one or two meals could help them lose weight more quickly. They do not realise that dieting is all about eating the proper food and not starving yourself. Skipping meals will most likely lead to snaking and weight gain.

6. Do Not Look at the Bathroom Scales Day-After-Day

Everyone is keen to find out whether their weight loss efforts are working, but you shouldn't let this drive you into weighing yourself everyday. The day by day variations of your weight will soon have you demoralised and ready to give up dieting. And this is something you want to avoid.

7. Do Not Let Emotions Drive You

Besides the keenness that motivates people to check their weight every day, there are different emotions that shape how we diet. If you know you’re used to reaching for snacks when you're bored, frustrated or irate, then you should address these issues and not let them to come between you and your goal.

8. Do Not Turn Down Help

Not everyone was born with iron will and nerves of steel. Whenever you need advice or assistance, do not hesitate to ask for it from your friends or from professionals. Don’t try to resolve all problems alone.

9. Do Not Deny Yourself Your Favourite Foods

Treats are a good way of enhancing your self-control and determination. Diets are just food control techniques, not prisons. So what if you eat something prohibited from time to time, particularly if that food is a favourite of yours? If such treats are not regular, then they'll make no difference in the end.

10. Do Not Rely Upon Your Self-Control Alone

Use your head as well. If you want to know how much you eat, then write everything down and examine the list for things that shouldn't be there. Occasionally hunger sneaks up on you and make you eat something you should not. Be truthful with yourself and keep a clear head.

Diets can be hard to stick to, but they do not have to be impossible. Following a few simple guidelines and using a bit of common sense will help you to achieve great results. If you are just starting out on your weight loss journey, my advice is to take your time and stick to your plan.
